This is something that I wrote myself about several of the major benefits of laughter. You may have noticed that this same link is also in the Physical Health section of this website. This is because laughter is good for both your emotional and physical health. :) I hope you will enjoy and benefit from this writing.
Did you Know?
Feeling Hot, Loud Noise and Foul Odors
all can contribute to increased aggression in people.
So the next time you are feeling angry or irritable think about if you are currently experiencing any of these things, and if so, what you can possibly do to change that.
Something to Make you Smile
I LOVE to laugh, ha ha, ha, ha!
This is a "tribute speech" that I wrote about my (at the time of this writing) 3-year-old Nephew Caleb, who is pictured here with his mommy being his usual crazy/silly self. :p
